these shoes are not for rough hiking,they are more for walking on trails and paths which are maintained , such as a city park.

I ordered the transformation kit and in the pictures it shows the white bags but I received the black bags sweet cream flavor. Plus the metab-awake bottle is different from what is in the picture also. The neuro drink mix is horrible. I got it one day early so shipping was fast.

Pretty good program, takes some time to get used to having shakes instead of food, but then its a lot easier and quicker.

This did nothing for me. Waste of money.

I really liked the product. Made the shakes in a blender and added frozen fruit and it made it like a milkshake.

Previous reviews talk about how it doesn't work or that it doesn't last the whole 90 days. That's because it's not supposed to. What comes in this kit is only supposed to last 30 days when used correctly. The flavor packs are just samples added to the kit from a different product, And they changed the packaging from white to black. It's the same product, not the wrong product. People need to read the instructions when they get the kit. Sheesh. I lost 73 pounds in 3 months. This stuff works but you have to use it correctly. It's a plan, not a snack or just a breakfast replacement.
