Q: I need the ability to mount internal components (raspberry pi, battery, sensors) inside the box. Is there an internal panel to accomplish this?

Q: How do I mount this enclosure on a din rail?

There are some reserved bottom hole inside the box. Q: Where is the pcad file mentioned in the images?

I tried to look for the files mentioned. I did find files listed on grabcad website but those were jpeg files and not cad files. I think in order to get the cad files you have to log in and I didn't want to do that. That might be the only place I found what you might be looking for. I hope this helps.

Q: Can I get new seals for these boxes?

Can you get ‘gaskets’ for these boxes- possibly. Bulk rubber cord is available for cheap (compared to box supplier) from Amazon- make your own.
