I'm retired and hardly ever have a need for a dress, so I wanted a versatile one for those occasions that do suddenly crop up. I selected this dress in navy blue. I am 5'3", 130 lbs with a pear shape that is sometimes difficult to accommodate in a more fitted dress. On the model, this is a short dress, but it hits me just at the base of my kneecaps. It fit both top and bottom and is soft and comfortable as a nightgown. The fabric is light enough for summer weather, and heavy enough that a slip isn't necessary, but may be preferred for more formal events. I love the pockets -- big enough for my cell phone and a few tissues. This dress looks great with cardigan sweaters or jackets, a scarf or a shawl, or when paired with the right pullover top, it can double-duty as a skirt. It can be dressed up or down and worn with sandals, sneakers, flats, or heels. With appropriate accessories, it can be worn to weddings, funerals, office meetings, cruise ships, shopping trips, dinners or casual/informal parties. It is machine washable and line dry, and packs small so great for travel EXCEPT it will wrinkle when packed, so allow time to steam or dampen it and hang to dry.) It could even be used as a swimsuit cover up since it easily slips over the head.

Very comfy and stylist to work to work. I got compliments wearing it and ended up purchasing more colors. It was also on sale:-)

Fabric is soft and bodice fits snug. It is actual waist, not “empire waist” but their pictures show this well enough. I am 5’1” and size 14, the large fits, but I like a loose fit so also ordered a XL which has been delayed so I don’t know if I prefer it. I am curvy and the dress gathers quite obviously at my natural waist causing it too fan out from there in a way I’m not too pleased about. I just wanted a simple black dress in case I need it for something. I’ll see if the bigger size is better or worse for me.

Fit great! Soft and comfortable! Nice to wear to the grocery store or running errands in the south’s heat!

I got the army green color in size 3x (I have to size up for dresses), and I was so excited about this, thinking I would get an easy t-shirt dress for the upcoming summer months. When it arrived, I tried it on once and realized that the material, while very stretchy and comfy, is extremely thin! It would work better as a swimsuit cover up. There's no way this dress should be worth the 30 bucks I spent on it. If I spend 30 dollars on clothes, it better be good quality, not the cheap, see-through fabric on this dress. I'm disappointed, but I love the style and color and POCKETS so much. I'll be returning the dress if I can. I do recommend it, just not for a regular dress.

It is a doll or toddler dress. It doesn't deserve even one star. I have attached a photo showing how tiny it is. It is advertised as a woman's dress. I thought the first time it may have been a mistake but when I reordered is came as a tiny dress again. Now I have to take my time to take both to UPS store to return. It is not even close to what the description is. I'm very disappointed.
