A Nice Tool and more
Wanted to get this review out now and will followup after my first extraction in July 2020 (Maryland). I looked at several well known brands here in the US and their reviews. High reviews and a high prices. Tried finding a decent used one. Did not find any that I was comfortable. I looked at ordering direct out of China and it was going to be hit or miss and many had negative comments about workmanship and poor welds. Tpp big of a purchase for me to not have a customer service contact here in North America. So I pulled the trigger on an ApiHex out of Canada. This is a well made SS tub 28 gauge and the vertical joining seam was by a machine... very clean and nice. Metal honey drain valve. Tub comes with sturdy legs that can be fixed to a floor if desired. This is a true 12 super-frame radial extractor. NO Flipping. Just spin one direction for a few minutes. let it stop, spin the other direction and pull out the empty frames and reload. As long as you keep an equal number of frames in each 1/3 (Rotating structure is divided into thirds) it should remain balanced. I will be testing this. I do not extract honey from larger frames, but if you do, it can handle three at a time but you will need to flip them around as it is tangential for those. If you have friends with hives, you will make even more friends with this extractor. Great price, great build. I will be back with a followup.

Not as advertised
It came it decent time. But it's not what i ordered. The legs are not painted or adjustable. The port where the honey flows out of is suppose to be metal, but it's plastic. And the metal frame rack is suppose to hold 4 deep frames and 12 medium frames, this one clearly can't hold 12 medium frames (medium frame in pic). But at least it spins well. I'd call someone and see about shipping it back and getting another but I need an extracor now.
