Better Than Expected
Okay, I must admit I was skeptical. Having used a gasoline power washer before I was doubtful an electric could generate enough power to thoroughly clean. I was wrong. This SunJoe is a beast. Not only does it generate power similar to the gasoline, it cleans faster. I really like the changeable spray nozzle. It makes going from stream to spray a snap. And, offers an infinite number of sprays. Great machine, have used it three days now and finished with all the washing. Would definitely recommend and buy it again.

Nice Electric Pressure Washer for Household Use
Bought this unit to replace a very old discontinued model from over 10 years ago. So far so good only used it a few times.Assembly is easy comes with a few plastic parts that need to be attached and then secured using provided screws. You need a Philips screwdriver. The handle is fairly tall once assembled so pretty easy to wheel around. Biggest obstacle will most likely be how heavy duty your water hose is to moving around.Photos show a different wand on the gun than what comes with the washer. The wand that comes with the washer is the adjustable nozzle. I wanted a 1/4 quick connect socket on the end as I've got attachments that have 1/4 quick connect male fittings. This is the reason I put it as 4 star instead of 5 due to the lack of universal fittings to allow easy use of attachments. But for car washing if you aren't going to use a foam cannon the wand that comes with the washer is perfectly fine.If anyone is interested in converting to a more universal wand get a sun joe bayonet to m22 adapter and then a wand that has an M22 male with 1/4 socket. The washer has a detergent tank but I have not used it as I have a foam cannon attachment.Starts up fine takes a little while to build up constant pressure (not sure if there is a trick to initiating the washer). Using it is simple enough and so far no leaks. I know from experience that eventually the gaskets on the connections will go bad especially if left out in the sun so just store it in the garage and it should last for a good while and when the gaskets go bad you should be able to find replacements from a hardware store.Disclaimer: I got this unit at a price of $49.99 as it was on sale when I purchased it. The price alone was the major determining factor in purchasing this pressure washer. Add ons I got were about $23 so for less than $90 got a 2000psi max washer that can fit 1/4 quick connect attachments. Not bad!

As someone who is mechanically stupid...
As someone who is as mechanically stupid as I am, this sprayer is incredibly easy to assemble and use. It is as close as "plug and play" as something like this can be. While the model I got is not super powerful, it has worked well enough for my needs. Have used on the gutters, side of my house, and front porch. Have not tried on concrete yet. So far, so good.

Unbelievably good value.
When you consider how much pressure washers cost in the big stores, this thing is an INSANE value. I can't recommend these enough to people! It was easy to slap together, puts out plenty of pressure for general cleaning/car washing, and stores easily. No complaints so far, have been using it regularly for most of this year.

Awesome sprayer!
We needed a pressure sprayer that was more portable and not as powerful as our gas-powered one, and this is it! Worked perfectly to clean our wood deck without stripping off the wood. We’ve found a hundred other uses for it. The attached soap bottle works great. Will be using it to wash the car next.

O-ring failure and now GFCI Failure , and now hose connector failure
Update #3: After spending over an hour with a sun joe customer service person trying to get a replacement hose - I had to get an owner's manual on line and tell her the part number for the conversation to ever get anyplace - I was promised a new hose under warranty! It's been 3 weeks since that promise and no hose. I called today and was told the order was canceled, due to no stock. I asked what was I supposed to do, 3 weeks later, and no notification they canceled the order. This rep told me they were still out of stock on the hose and they can't keep an order open waiting for stock. CRAZY! He offered to ship me a whole new unit! Wow - great! Sat on hold 2 times for a few minutes each, then told they would ship me a box, and I would have to package up the old one, take it to a UPS center and return it. Upon receipt - they would send me out a new power washer. I asked if I could get this in an email. No. Frankly, I don't trust them. This powerwasher has been down far longer than it's been functional. I can buy a replacement hose on Amazon for $25.00 and have it up and running in 2 days. So now I've invested about $50.00 in replacement parts (GFCI - i was in the middle of a project and couldn't wait, and now a hose - which doesn't come up under Sun Joe.... It comes up under Snow Joe)for this piece of junk. SunJoe... you've got my last nickel. HORRIBLE COMPANY and PRODUCT!Update #2: Used it for the 2nd time this year. The metal fitting at the end of the wand side of the hose has a crimp looking connection between the hose and the nut that attaches it to the wand That crimp connection is now spewing water all over me. Not repairable. I have to invest in another really poor quality hose to keep this unit going. Last part I will buy for it. BUY SOMETHING ELSE!!!!Update #1: One of the Sunjoe's GFCI plug has failed. I've hardly used it, as I spent so much time looking for the replacement O-ring last year to fit the hose from that initial failure. Not even 2 years old. $16.00 fix plus all my wasted time and frustration. There are better pressure washers out there. Sunjoe has slick marketing, and some clever designs (like the little green wand rest that falls off all the time, and the spots for the nozzles to store that don't grip well enough so the nozzles fall off when transporting it, or the soap bottle storage that also doesn't hold the bottle in place while transporting it). Don't get fooled by their hype like I did. You'll be as frustrated as I am.I have purchased two Sunjoe pressure washers over the past few years. My problem has been o-ring failure on the hoses on both models. Failure within a couple of months. They replaced the hose on the first one, as they found my warranty registration. However on this model, they can't find my registration. I sent them a pic of my Amazon receipt on the chat session. It didn't matter. I have called their self-proclaimed great customer service for the replacement O-rings. They have given me the wrong sizes both times. I've spent way too much money and time trying to find O-rings that don't fit on the little end. They keep giving me the size that fits the SPX-3000, and not this model. I used the thing about 4 times before the O-ring failed. Now I've been wasting my time on "call volumes are higher than normal " phone call wait times only to be told I'm not registered and then given the wrong O-ring size the second time, and the first directed to an Amazon Sunjoe O-ring package that was way too big for $9.99 for 4 $0.10 o-rings. Very frustrated and disgusted customer. Sunjoe....get decent O-rings and make parts available!!!

Fragile o-ring that broke on first use
The machine works fine but on the first use after 30minutes or so the pressure hose starts leaking and gets worse and worse. The machine then goes into a start stop repeating cycle. I took the hose off and found that the o-ring has broken. I called Sun Joe’s warranty line for a replacement. I requested them to send me a couple (concerned that the next one would break fast too like the first one). I had to plead with them before they agreed to (one would think this would not be unreasonable given that it is a very skinny o ring). I am undecided now if I should keep it due to this unpleasant experience.

Worth the money spent
I bought this during the 2019 Black Friday sale. Since i received it at the beginning of winter, I was not able to test it until now. Assembly was quite easy and simple. 6 screws and a few add-on to clip on the main body. I then connected the hose and power. Turn the water and power on and saw no leakage. Pressure was great. Everything is adjustable through the included nozzle. No nozzle change is required. I was able to get dirt off my house siding easily and peel some pait off my deck at half pressure. At full pressure with a single jet spray it scraped into the wood. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and easy to operate water pressure washer.

Performs ok. However beware the included parts
The included hose is a proprietary connector on one end. If you want to use your own gun you'll have to buy additional parts
