I’ve been buying a lot of piercing jewelry lately and I see A LOT of reviews complaining or leaving less star reviews because THEY have trouble putting their jewelry in. 98% of the time the problem is not the jewelry, it is the customer. I understand if threading is off, that can happen. But these people are leaving bad reviews because they can’t screw a piece on because they say it’s TINY. Are they not aware of the size they are buying ? Or the fact that piercing jewelry is small... do you want it gigantic ? Yes it’s small.. it’s dainty, because that’s the size you are ordering and probably want for your piercing. Unless you want this diamond to be the size of a dime. Anyways... the jewelry is exactly as described. It’s beautiful. The backing is sort of ufo shaped so it is a lot more comfortable than my flatter back pieces. It is internally threaded, which is a spec for quality jewelry. I think it’s the perfect gem size for a glam medusa. I ordered the 8mm. I liked it so much I ordered it in silver surgical steel incase the rose gold color wears off. Moral of my review is MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE SIZE YOU NEED AND WANT. Educate yourselves.

I was a bit hesitant to order this piercing as I wasn't sure how it would fit. It is PERFECT for my nose, including the 6mm length and the gems on the top. It looks exactly as pictured! It was a bit difficult to insert and fasten the screw top, but with the help of curved hemostats, it was a easier then using my thumb to hold it in. The larger gem top was also easier to grip with my index finger and thumb. It takes a little getting used to screwing it in using the mirror.It's hard to find internally threaded 18g piercings, and they are even harder to insert and screw in the top gem! The 16g isn't too much bigger and I am so glad I purchased it!I hate nose bones, l-shape and screws because I have really bad allergies and it's physically uncomfortable to blow my hose all day with those piercings. I often lose them, as well.I've had this one in for three days now, and I still love it. With the large flat end of this piercing inside my nostril, blowing my nose feels so much better! I have also been checking to be sure the gem top is still screwed in tightly because they sometimes loosen a bit over time. It's easier to check the 16g because it is a little bigger than the 18g. But the gem top is still dainty enough for me. :)You will not be disappointed with this piercing!

I ordered the 8mm post, and received the 6mm. Even the bag was labeled as 8mm, which was super disappointing. I currently have an 8mm length earring in my tragus; however, this earring was substantially shorter. Other than the post being way too short, the gem was dainty and cute. It’s a shame I didn’t get what I ordered.

The jewelry was smaller than expected. I ordered them for my medusa and it didnt sit well. However they are perfect for my nose, very comfy, just the right size and I do love them.

As someone else has mentioned, stone setting was very loose. The marquis is very small, which I like, but because the thread is super short, it makes it really difficult to put on. I wish the thread was longer or attached from the back end of the earring instead of the front.

Small, cute, and shinny. Perfect for my tragus piercing . Bar was a little big shorter than I expected but that’s my own fault for selecting the correct length. So far no irritation other than the typical initial irrigation just from changing the jewelry out.

Super cute! I have only worn for about a week but it has remained shiny & beautiful! I need a shorter post and might repurchase a 6mm for my conch but that was my own miscalculation! Would potentially repurchase. Does not irritate my sensitive ears (:

There are SO many to choose from and so many sizes! I’m wearing one in my forward helix and one in my cartilage on the other ear. I’m sensitive to metals in my ears but I’ve had no issues and have been wearing them for a week now.
