Now I will admit that I was a little weary when I first saw the book cover, I was expecting something different and I was a little taken aback by this price... Which is a little higher than the norm for first-time authors and even for a few established self-published authors but I decided to download a sample after being intrigued by the synopsis. So let me say this: IF YOU HAD DOUBTS, DON'T!!!! Right after I finished the sample, I was hungry for more. A lot of self-pub books now a days read with simple dialogue. Not this one! I was blown away. This girl is great enough to get some type of major deal from a publisher. Her style reminds me of my favorite authors in fact, Ashley and JaQuavis. This book will have you on the edge of your seat trying to figure out what happens next. Not to forget the secrets and lies, and the love triangle!!! There's murder too... Annie mixs up the ingredients for an AWESOME read!!! I will be recommending this to all of my friends that love to read. Great job, Annie!!! I'm eager to read ANYTHING you put out. You've definitely gained a loyal fan!!!! The twist in the end had me like 'Whoa!'. Again I say, "Bravo!!!"

WELL FIRST OFF I JUST WANT TO START OFF SAYING THAT I DONT NORMALLY WRITE REVIEWS. I HAVE TO REALLY LIKE A BOOK TO WRITE A REVIEW ON IT. I LOVED THIS BOOK! LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THIS AUTHOR DID A HELL OF A JOB! I GET SICK OF READING BOOKS BY THE SAME AUTHORS I LOVE WHEN A NEW AND REFRESHED BOOK BY AN UNKNOWN AUTHOR FALLS INTO MY LAP (IN THIS CASE KINDLE). THIS BOOK WAS FULL OF SUSPENSE, MURDER, LIES, DECEIT, AND MY FAVORITE OF THEM ALL......LOVE! I TRULY FELT FOR THE MAIN CHARACTER BIANCA. SHE WENT THROUGH ALOT LOSING HER FIRST LOVE. WHEN SHE MET DIEGO IT WAS MAGIC. I LOVED THIS COUPLE TOGETHER SO MUCH! ALTHOUGH THEY HAD TRYING TIMES THEY SEEMED TO HAVE TRULY HAD A BOND. CAPONE? HMMM IM NOT A FAN. HE SEEMED SNEAKY AND SKETCHY FROM JUMP. I DONT WANT TO GIVE THE STORY AWAY BUT I HOPE I GAVE JUST A SNIPPER OF WHAT IF HAS TO OFFER. PEOPLE PLEASE READ THIS BOOK. IT IS A FIVE STAR READ AND THE FIRST I HAVE READ IN A WHILE!!!!! THIS STORY LEAVES A WINDOW OPEN FOR A SEQUEL SO I PRAY THAT THE AUTHOR READS THIS. PS. I took a chance because there wasn't much to go on, but after reading a smaple of it I was hooked. It was full of twists & turns and a lot of drama. I was captivated by the characters, especially Diego. I didn't really care for Bianca, she was too naive for my liking. She was so naive that she couldn't put anything together and I found myself wanting to smack or shake her. I can understand the innocence factor, but there were parts where I couldn't fully understand her position. That and the fact that she was so quick to jump ship made me dislike her even more. All personal feelings aside for the character, it was a good book!! It was well written and the story line was crazy cool, it flowed in a captivating manner & it had you screaming for more. If there were errors, I honestly missed them because my main focus was on what's going to happen next! I hope there will be a second book because the ending had me floored and left with questions. An inquiring mind wants to know what happened with the money, the baby, Capone, Diego, Bianca and Hakeem Jr!! It ended in such a way that it screamed..to be continued.

This was another book that I will have to put at the top of my favorite list. The characters in this book were so believable, and easy to relate to. It starts out as a fairytale boy meets girl, falls head over heels in love with her at first sight. Girl plays hard to get but finally gives in only to find out that the guy that she is starting to catch feelings for might have killed her first love. She starts out with plans to find put for sure if he had anything to do with it, and if so to pay him back. This book has of much drama that you will be like me and can't wait to read part II

It is very hard for me to believe that this is the authors debut novel. She has no where to go but up from this one. This book had me glued to the pages from beginning to end. It was sooooooo good. OMG, the sex scenes where so clear and precise until she made you feel as though you were there! There was drama, suspense, murder, deception, simply awesome!!! If you want to be thoroughly entertained, pls do yourself a favor and get this one!!!! LOVED IT and I'm hoping there is a sequel on the way SOOOOOOOON!!!! Great job Annie, now get to writing book two please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First off I would like to start off by saying that not only was this a great read,it was right on point from begining to end.It never left me with a dry moment!This book was OUTSTANDING!!!,need Isay more.I have one negitive thought and it has nothing to do about the books onpoints but my basic opinion.I was so sad about the way it ended,I really wanted to see her with him,and for those of you who already read it you know who I'm talking about .But all books don't end like I want them to LOL.But other than that PLEASSSSE get this book you won't regret it AT ALL!!.Hope it's a part two.
