We ordered 4 times and each one came with shattered glass and/or frame. Virtually no padding or shipping material. The good news is that all were returned and credited fairly easily. Too bad...wife really like the style and price point.

Nice wall mirror
I love the mirror but it has a difficult hanging procedure and have not hung it yet for that reason.

Don't order mirrors through the mail unless you're a gambler.
Frame arrived cracked. I need to return it, which is going to be a big pain. Mirrors are heavy and inconveniently shaped for mail order. The other mirror in my order arrived fine, but it was the wrong color. I decided to just live with that one.

Mirror frame was cracked, broken and missing the broken pieces. Would have glued together and kept if I had the pieces. returned.
