I'll start with the downside. The spray handle needs a setting that allows a straighter so it can be sprayed farther up without a ladder. This is the only downside and I can live with it. The upside is that this product works great! I was having geckos all around the outside of house leaving the evidence on the house. I sprayed during daytime when they don't come out but I did see a few come out and run away from the spray. It appears to not kill them, rather they don't like the spray and run away (which is what I prefer as they eat insects). I would highly recommend this product and will buy again. Oh yeah, I only had to use 3/4 of one bottle to go all the way around my home and will have the other bottle to spray again as needed. I haven't seen any of the geckos for a couple of weeks now. Thanks for selling this product!

This product is a waste of money. It does not repel lizards. Lizards have been defecating in specific areas all over my residence. When l apply the spray they just move mere inches from the spray area and begin their dumping yet again. Such a pity that there's no such thing as ZERO in the star rating.

I purchased this as a chemical free deterrent to lizards on my back porch. It’s helped but it’s not one time application product. I typically spray when I do a major sweep at least once a week. The ultimate key to living lizard free is to remove the food source so it helps to add an additional chemical free insect repellent to the regimen.I like the fresh scent and will continue to use this though.

I live in Arizona, and in warm weather have small lizards that like to sun themselves on my porch near my sliding door, occasionally making their way inside or climbing up on the screen door. Spraying this around the door frame keeps them away. The non-toxic formula and clove scent are plusses, too, and make me feel safer in using around my dog.

The Lizzards will immediately run however they come RIGHT back! They do NOT deter them one single bit! They literally come right back the moment you stop spraying! But it will run them out of their hiding spots. I had somewhat of an infestation behind my shutters and porch light. This ran them out where they ran onto the sticky traps I had to eventually partner with this spray! The spray alone did not help. But it will flush them out so you can catch them on sticky traps used for mice. This is how I finally ended my creepy lizard problem. But I will say this stuff smells absolutely minty amazing!

I read a lot of reviews of a lot of similar products before I bought these two bottles of Exterminators Choice. From all that reading I was prepared for this not working . . . simply because not much else worked for anybody. Exterminators Choice had the best reviews and the fewest negative reviews. Now that I've been using it for a couple of weeks, I'm sold on it. IT WORKS!!! I've sprayed it on my hibiscus (the national food of Iguanaland) and the leaves are growing back; even have a few buds already. It lasts until there's a heavy rain. I re-spray after such a rain and once in a while if the sprinklers wash it off. But it's working and I'm extremely happy with that.

At first I thought this product was working and I purchased it twice. I purchased for myself and a family member that was having a problem with lizards. We both experienced the same. It seems to work with the lizards when you start to spray as they will scurry, but after spraying they still come back regardless of where you have sprayed and the surface you have sprayed. I was really hoping this product would resolve my issues with lizards. It was worth a try and I did try it and so did my family member but it just doesn't keep them away. I do not regret trying the product but I will not be purchasing it again because it has not resolved my issues. I've done some additional research and I'm not sure there is a product out there that will keep lizards away.

I don't like to kill lizards, I just need to scare them off. Before I bought this, we have lizards on our front porch all the time. We see poop everywhere! They're on our chairs and also in our backyard. First night, I sprayed this, it didn't scare them. The second night, I sprayed more and I didn't see them. From then on, we just spray once because the front porch is small and the smell is very strong when you use more. It smells good when you use just light. Definitely buy this again because it serves its purpose. We just moved here and i've never seen so many lizards in my life. They really scare me! lol
