Apple iPhone 6 Blue Blocking Screen

Great screen protector, however, I purchased it because I read that staring at screen before going to bed can disturb your sleep cycles. I can't say I noticed any difference so not totally certain it works for that purpose.

I did try this over the phone but it didnt do anything for me. Maybe im just not using it right or something..

They advertise that it doesn't change the way the phone looks, which is true-- except that means that I am seeing blue light. If whites don't look yellow/green/red, that means blue light is coming through. There's no explanation on their website on exactly how they block the blue spectrum while keeping the look the same.So being a sucker I bought anyway, figuring I'd give it a chance, but using this on my phone still keeps me awake looking at it at night.
