4 pieces new in the box as advertised
a lot of reviews say there was only 1 piece in the box. I received 4, as listed in the ad. So if you only got one, then return it, and buy it again. All 4 were new in sealed boxes, no issues.

IT EASY CHEAPLY MADE SO DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY PAY MORE AND BUY REAL COMMERCIAL DISPENSER. THIS IS OK FOR VERY LIGHT USE.

Customer Service Non Existent
The napkin dispensers are fine, however, I've wasted about 2 hours trying to contact anyone at TORK as my order wasn't fulfilled. There is no contact info on their page ANYWHERE. There is an option to "Return/Replace" items but it won't give me a 'replace option', only a return option. I cannot return items that I did not receive.

Quantity of ONE not four
I hope that I am not violating the rules and review is not allowed by telling the truth and stating that I received only one dispenser, not the quantity of four in the description. I purchased identical 4 pack earlier and the one I am using works great until low on napkins when spring appears too weak and cannot get last few out. Since for home use not that big of deal. I just need to refill more often. I didn't even open manufacturer box on this one as is the size of one unit, not four.

Not a quantity of 4!!! Only 1!
This product states it so a quantity of 4 however it is only 1. I ordered 3 separate orders and got a quantity of 1 each time. The listing is incorrect. Beware!

Good product, but beware of listing quantity
2 stars. 5 for the good product. Minus 3 for the 3 units not received out of 4 paid for. Amazon has this item listed as a 4-pack and charges price for a 4-pack, but only sent a 1-pack. It seems the manufacturer downsized the UPC to 1, but Amazon has not updated to match.
