Packaging Makes This Not a Great Gift
This was supposed to be a gift for my daughters friend, but due to the tacky "refund policy" sticker on the back I think it looks too cheap to give as a gift. Disappointed. :(

Cute but cheap materials
The panda pendant is really cute, and my daughter loves it! However, the chain is very cheap and flimsy, and has actually fallen apart twice, without tugging or catching on something. We’ll have to replace it with something sturdier.

Absolutely tiny, bad chain
To be fair, online measurements were given. Yet the necklace looked like it would be bigger. It looks tiny though in real life. I just gave it to my daughter, and the chain broke within an hour.

First we didn't receive the package after it said it was delivered. Then when we did get it finally, it broke after a couple weeks.
