This book is similar to the latest edition, but comes at a better price. I used this book all semester when I took Organic Chemistry and it worked out very well.

Was exactly what was needed for the course. Very helpful. Great tables and example problems. Helped me solve many problems and carry out experiments with ease.

The delay in shipping was looooong
This is the correct book for organic chem at UCSB, But it did take a month to get here. I wonder whether they publish the book one=by=one...on a per-order basis! 8-) We're so glad the book finally arrived!

Invaluable resource for organic chemists
If you're new to working in an organic chemistry lab, or returning to one with your technique a bit rusty, you'll want to keep this book close at hand. It covers every aspect of organic synthesis and analysis, and is written and illustrated exceptionally clearly. It is obvious that the authors are passing on a wealth of their hard-earned practical experience. Highly recommended.
