Amazing book!!
I love this book and the tips inside it. It helped me understand foods more and how they impact our fat loss and overall health. I totally hate counting calories, it makes me feel deprived of all the foods I want to eat. I just can't help it. But a ketogenic diet switch is really worth it. What it takes is portion control and proper training. I'm also crazy about the Keto diet shopping list in this book for the 3 week action plan. A must-have! I want to recommend this book for people who long time want lose weight but actually dont know what need to do. Highly recommended.

Great beginner book! Great recipes!
I love this book. I like that there any introduction to keto and the recipes. It’s written in a very simple way to read. I love the easy to understand explanations, the menus, and the delicious recipes. Simple recipes that use common ingredients. Easy to follow. Would highly recommend.

Amazing book
This book gives a good introduction to ketosis to anyone who wants to start this diet. The book starts off by explaining what happens to the body physiologically when such a diet is started.

easy to follow and tasted very good.
The menus I have tried are very good, flavorful and satisfying. I find I am not hungry as often and have lost my sweet tooth. easy to follow and tasted very good.

Great Book
I cooked many recipes from this book for my husband. He lost 26 lbs. Recipes are very good. I highly recommend this, if you are doing the Keto diet.
