ACMEStudios GM Vertical Business Card Case by Gene Meyer (CGM01BC)

I went to a meeting about a month ago and ended up exchanging cards with a few people. I had been carrying my cards in my pockets so they were a little bent - never a good thing. This guy pulls out his business card case and handed me his card and I knew that I needed a card case.This has a very secure design that fits easily in the pocket and when pulled out says who you are even before you hand out your card.That's my opinion at least.

The positives: It's a great design and looks great just out of the box.The negatives: After exactly 2 uses, where it was put through normal business usage of putting in a pocket and taking out to get cards out of it, it has completely fallen apart. Apparently the nice, smooth, shiny cover on it is just a thick plastic film of some kind that sits on top. It separated off and no longer remains in one piece. Utterly useless now. What a disappointment!

Perfect, suttle yet classy design. I have carried my old one for over 10yrs! It just started to get discolored on one corner. Could not be happier with this new one. Fits 3 to 4 credit cards/license..

I received one of these as a gift four or five years ago. From the start it had a bubble in the vinyl coating and the corner of the design was lifting off the case, but hey, even the best of manufacturers have a dud now and then and it worked nicely otherwise.I then moved to a position that rarely had a need for business cards and put it away. Recently I pulled it out again. The vinyl cover had yellowed, turned brittle and cracked in several places. These were not small cracks, either; two extended across the width of the cover and left pieces there were sticking up from the case, and a small chunk had come out of one corner. As I was examining the damage, the rest of the vinyl cover came off in my hand, leaving the design unprotected and with rough protruding edges.If you're looking for something that will look nice for a year or two and get the job done, this case is fine. But if you want something that's going to last a few years, keep looking.

Acme studios has a ton of these cases, and all the designs are top notch. I have only had this case for a couple of days now and I've already gotten a bunch of compliments. Plus it's well crafted, unlike other cases I've had in the past which were flimsy when opened.

This is the best card holder I have seen. The design in the cover might not be the most original, but the finish and materials are of the very best quality. I would definetely recommend this card holder or ony other card holder from this series.

This thing has taken a beating and it still looks new... I have been using it for 2 years now.. has been to many trade-shows and business trips. I always get complimented on it. Looks more expensive than it really is.
