Making the connection between Spirit and Us very clear
I’ve been working on understanding the ideas behind quantum energy and how it works with the metaphysical world. I’m no scientist, so several books that have been suggested to me aren’t resonating. However, this lovely volume by the Rasbolds explains energy, the Law of Attraction and Quantum Physics and puts it under the heading of “Bio-Universal Energy,” which makes complete sense. Written by pagans but with complete respect for other belief systems, it enables the reader to understand the science behind the spirituality, and use it to produce tangible events without getting hopelessly entangled by what I call “the wickywoo.” It’s clear, it’s useful, and is a book that will be on your shelf with well-thumbed pages.

Making the magical tangible...
This book is amazing. It ties together concepts and beliefs shared by different religions and belief systems in a way that feels practical, scientific, and tangible. The author takes all these lovely ideas about energy and the laws of attraction and quantum physics and brings them home in a way that allows the reader to think, "Hmmm, I could do that too!" This book is very inspiring...and should perhaps come with a warning label that says, "Reader Beware: This book might just change your life!"

Energy Healing - Great Information
I "bought" this book when it was offered free through my kindle. Although I have received other free books, this one is really well-written and full of useful information. Although I have used Reiki for many years, there is always something new to learn, or something to be reminded of - this book has much wisdom in it. I appreciate the respect given to all spiritual belief systems, from Christianity to paganism; the authors seek the truths in each one. If are interested in energy healing, this book is a good choice.

A good book for beginners
This book is a great book for the beginner. An advanced practitioner would be bored. I really liked the way they honored all religions including Christianity.

very inspiring
This was an easy and inspiring read. I'm growing in my spirituality and this boom helped me to see that I shouldn't be afraid to explore this and the more I do, the more peaceful and magical life I will have.

Flashes of Joy
I enjoyed the offering of finding pleasure in daily events and expanding our flashes of joy. The valuable take away is imagining how life can be dominated by these moments and only dip occasionally into the mundane.Bio-Universal sounds scientific, and is a science but is also a way to live life fully and experience magical moments from awareness.A good read that inspires you to become aware of the signs presented to us every day to assist us on our journey.

Disjointed and vague
This book is disjointed and a mishmash of Wiccan and new age philosophy with a smattering of Christian thrown in.It really has nothing about using bio energy except a brief glance over chakras. You can find the same info on any new age/pagan blog, solitary Wiccan handbook and the like.I wouldn’t even recommend this to a beginner since they provide no depth to anything they mention. They have brief “chapters” ( literally a single page or less) on candle magic, mojo (focus) bags, knot magic, and petitions but nothing substantial. If you’re looking for a book about using bioenergy, look to authors like Donna Eden, who while focusing on energy healing give a more in depth and use of that energy.Or Mya Om for energy in magic
