I struggled to get Fescue to take. And tried a bag of name brand coated seed with mixed results. But this seed, planted in the Midwest in September, took off and by November 1 I was cutting the new grass. Very pleased so far. Hope it survives the Winter.

These seeds are great. You just have to make sure you water them.

I bought this to over-seed some spots in my ryegrass lawn, & so far it hasn't impressed. Only about 10% of the seeds germinated after the first try. I thought it might be because it was too late in the fall, but I tried again this Spring & got similar results. It has been cooler & wetter than normal in the PNW as of late, but other grasses seem to be fine. I'll give this one more try then go elsewhere.

Love how soft and tall this grows. For added fun write a loved ones name when sowing the seeds.

I always create live grass for Easter. I've had seeds that didn't really take. These took like crazy. Yay!

Seems like good seed. Germinated well. Price just went up though.

Love it, worked for weeks to get a lawn to grow with no luck. Put this eye seed down and damn two weeks later I have a full lawn. Great seed and easy to purchase
