Love this back wrap
Ordered this back wrap before walking in rural France for 30 days. It was a lifesaver. Really helped minimize my back pain. I don’t have a long torso and it was a perfect height. Very comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Lighter than previous model.
Compared to the older belt (one month older, same company and model), this is lighter and slimmer while also shorter in width. It's quite comfortable and not so bulky. Wish I could return "older" one.

It can be used in any back and hip related aches. Allows you to complete your daily chores while you fasten it and forget about your pain.

great for the price point
I was right on the line between sizes and sized up, I would've been fine sizing down especially as it got "broken in" but it still works great. I pinched a nerve around my hip area and after a week of pain decided to order this -- the relief is immesurable. the compression relieved about 30% of the pain just by putting it on, and after a few hours of wearing it the pain was down 50%. I wore it off and on for a few days and eventually forgot to put it on because the pain was gone!! I didn't have high hopes when buying but am so glad I did, the construction feels sturdy and while it does slide a bit if you're sitting or moving a lot, the belt doesn't lose compression while you're wearing it and feels very well-made. Love it!

Helps so long as you are immobile
It is comfortable and provides decent SI pressure while standing. However, it is uncomfortable and rides up if you attempt to sit down. My pain passes faster if I put this on after the fact, but it doesnt do anything in the way of preventing pain due to it moving around. You essentially have to be a statue while wearing this. Movement causes the brace to ride up and be useless.

OH MY GOSH!
I have a musculoskeletal disorder and chronic SI and low back pain. 25+ years worth. This belt I put on for anytime I’m standing, such as dinner prep, dishes, laundry. It has tremendously reduced my pain associated with SIJ dysfunction, back spasms, anterior pelvic tilt, sciatica, and pubic symphysis pain. Very impressed. (I do NOT sit in it or wear for greater than an hour due to hernia risk, but if you only need it for a short time, like a month or so, you could probably wear it all day if you needed to. I will continuously need it because my condition is genetic and lifelong.)

Belt slid down a lot
It is difficult to adjust. Just when you think you have it on right it slides down my stomach. The nerve in my back always felt pinched. The one good thing I guess is that the belt was a good size for my waist. I'm not a skinny girl like the model advertising the belt. Unfortunately, it did not help my problem but made it worse when I wore it.

Not sure
This gave support to my coccyx area but it made my hips sore. I couldn't lay on my side when i went to bed after wearing it. So, only wear while you need the extra support.

Faulty. No help from seller.
This support belt is vital for my unstable sij dysfunction. I received this belt on April 2nd. I have used it 6 times and as per photo the belt has ripped along the sew line.Absolutely no help, exchange or any other assistance given by seller. I had to save for this belt. I'm in tears from the lack of support.$114 for nothing.Beware buyers.
