The mayo tastes great, but my jars must have gotten warm in shipping. The oil started separating, and I was a bit disappointed by the consistency due to the liquidity of it. Earth Balance makes awesome Mayonnaise, and this is the first time I even had that kind of a problem. I will buy again but Hopefully with better luck in the future.

Absolutely love this product. We used to use it all the time when we lived in NY, but they don't sell it in NV so we ordered it from Amazon. The shipping isn't cheap, but it's worth every penny. We've almost used it up and will be ordering more soon.
