I like that there are 66 pads in the package, they are good quality and the price was reasonable. I have been using them for over a year now I buy a package every month. I noticed this month the price increased by 4 dollars or more I usually paid 7.99 plus taxes. Amazon Wow!

I chose these Stayfree pads for occasional night time leaks, which depend on how much evening tea I imbibed. To me, "Regular" means six (6) inches long and medium thickness. These are 8 inches long without wings, and HUGE like mini pillows. As I appreciate affordable prices, I don't return items under $10, but now I'm back to Square One. There needs to be a much better system to classify sanitary napkins and panty liners, and it's incredible that there's still so much confusion. Amazon is so brilliant in every other way, I wish they could help with this issue. Meanwhile, here's the system I propose:The basic elements are Length, Width, and Thickness. Extensions (wings) = E. Scented = S.Base 1 = Length 6", Width 2", Depth 1/8"Base 2 = Length 8", Width 2.5", Depth 1/4"Base 3 = Length 10", Width 3", Depth 1/2"The sizes may be mixed as appropriate, e.g. my IDEAL LINER would be coded L6-W3-D1/4-S, for minor night leaks. Manufacturers could still add whatever selling points they wished, and vary the exact measurements if they must, as long as the basic L, W, D are included. Should Amazon implement this system, I shall graciously waive my consulting fee.

Seems old fashioned but if pure & clean is your concern this brand & specific style has been tested & approved. I like that

I needed protection at night for bladder leaks. Most bladder leak pads fall apart, at least for me. These Kotex pads are perfect. No wings, which I hate, regular length, unscented, and perfect thickness. AND they don’t fall apart. I sleep in comfort now.
