Easy to use and good support, unfortunately the metal loop to fasten the velcro through often turns round during use, but for a cheap alternative it is a good starter belt

Couldn’t figure out how to put it on
I ordered it in black. It looked black when I took it out of the package. Anyway, after fiddling around with it wondering how I was supposed to do it up with the Velcro on the inside o realised I had been sent the grey camouflage design- but inside out.The belt works fine, I’m just not a grey camouflage type of person. It’s fit for purpose and fortunately I won’t be leaving the house in it.

Didn’t feel the support - sent back
Didn’t feel this was worth it, paid a couple more pounds and got a leather belt from sports direct.

Not fit for purpose.
This may be ok for a beginner but it gives no support to any part of the back! Only good thing I can say is it looks the part but that's it! Avoid at all costs!!!
