EAG Steel Front Bumper with Winch Plate Black Textured Fit for 87-06 Wrangler TJ YJ

Great bumper, really looks to be well made with a good finish. Installation was fairly easy aside from one of the old bolts not wanting to come out (had to drill it out) but it's a 16 year old Jeep so no surprise. Delivery was amazing...overnight! Well packaged and sufficiently protected, the bumper arrived in perfect condition. Fitment wasn't perfect but close enough to not provide any real issues, just a few gentle taps with a rubber mallet and it all lined up nicely. One thing I didn't realize when I ordered it was that the plastic "Jeep" cover over the sway bar has to be removed and I didn't see that it could be reinstalled. Not a big deal, just took a little extra time to clean up the frame and sway bar and gave it a nice coat of paint. Very happy with this purchase, great price, nice product, and getting it delivered the next day was a huge bonus. I'll be buying more from this manufacturer...probably the rear bumper shortly.

Great value for this nice looking winch mount bumper! Arrived quickly and packed well so all in good condition. Some of the welds looked a bit quick a sloppy, but overall upon further inspection it's solid and well built.Installed rather easily but I did require a run to my local Ace for some spacers - Jeep frame at 4" bumper was 4 5/8" gap (see pic). Definitely a two man job with winch mounted to bumper first. Holes lined up fairly well with just some simple adjustments, pulling and pushing and no modification needed. The plastic Jeep cover fits ok, but can only use 2 of 4 screws to make it work. Ultimately a great purchase I'm happy with.I would definitely purchase again. I think it looks great, see for yourself...

Feels like a good solid bumper. Easy install in theory, however the holes don't all line up quite right. I had to widen one of the top holes and use a pry bar underneath to get all the bolts started. Not a big deal if you have some tools and any mechanical experience at all. Would recommend for sure.

First off, the bumper looks really sharp on my YJ and shipping was quick. Prior to buying I did my research and knew it would take some work to install it on my 1995 YJ due to holes not matching up. So I was mentally prepared.In all it took me about 3.5 hours for the complete install. As others have mentioned one of the bottom tabs was bent and took some prying and banging to get it straight. That also included removing the old bumper as the bottom torx bolts were stubborn as hell and I had to jack my front bumper up to get the suspension arms out of the way to get better access.The top holes of the new bumper were almost a 1/4 inch off and the bottom holes definitely did not line up (including a picture). Using my Dremel and a few blades later, this is thick solid metal, I was able to get it to fit. My top back holes, which have never been used and were covered by the plastic jeep cover, were way too tight to get either the original torx screw or the bolt provided in so I only ending up using two bolts to hold the top instead of 4. I may eventually stop by my buddy's house and use his impact drill to see if it can't help re-thread those back holes. Overall it feels super solid and based on the amount of light off-roading I do it should be totally fine. I had looked at several other bumpers which had similar install issues and went with the EAG bumper based on looks and price. I guess that's just the downside of owning a 25 year old jeep.

I have been looking for a bumper for a little over a year for my 97 Jeep TJ (SIEGE) I am rebuilding. I considered a few but either the price was too high or the look wasn’t just right... (I felt like GoldieLocks). As you can see in the pictures I chopped my fenders down and couldn't find something to match it. For my birthday my wife had got this EAG bumper (51-0034) as a surprise. At first I was little worried, but when I opened the neatly packaged EAG bumper I was thrown back... it was the look that I have been looking for (not too fat, not too long, and strong build) I was thrown back further when I put her on (in lest than 20 minutes) because she made SIEGE look even more ferocious. After she had told me what she paid for it i couldn’t believe it, the quality didn’t match the price, we all know what you get when you pay for something inexpensive but not in this case... Its a steal!!! Honestly speaking I just became an EAG fan. I strongly recommend this product. Thanks EAG

First of all, I ordered this bumper Friday morning. Delivered the next day right around noon. Bumper is good thick quality. Easy installation on my 99 Wrangler Sahara. Looks great and super satisfied with this purchase. Would definitely recommend.

This Bumper so far was a good buy. It was very easy to Install on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport & it was OEM fit. This is good value and look for the money. The Bumper was bent a bit on one side where you put in the bolts but was able to bend it back with no problem. The metal is a little lightweight but other then that great bumper.

Over all a really nice replacement or upgrade to the factory bumper. People need to realize this is a bumper for dressing up your Jeep, if your looking for a heavy duty off road bumper then your going to have to spend the extra money. For the price I'm very happy how it looks, performs and it was super simple to install by myself. I would buy it again in a second if needed.
