Jinhoo Projector Review - Great Product for the Price
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This product is great and came well packaged. The box includes everything you need to get started (except for batteries for the remote control - 2 x AAA).The projector is super easy to use. As soon as you connect it, the main screen would be the options as to how you would like to share the content. Either through casting, HDMI, VGA etc. and once you make your selection using the remote control, then your content will start playing. The picture quality and resolution is super clear and the brightness is great.Honestly for a portable projector it exceeds the expectations. However, on the casting, the function could have been designed to be easier to connect it and with more reliability. The content tends to drop out and buffer since the casting is happening through the projector which is effectively connected to a hotspot provided by your device (especially in iOS).Anyhow, the sound quality is good enough, but not great. I would recommend connecting a small speaker to it with better sound clarity so you can enjoy your movies. As for the screen, it's a nice extra to have, the quality is nice and easy to set up.

Cinema at home
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I love this projector. I’ve bought it for my summer house as I always wanted to have an outdoor cinema in my backyard. Now to the projector it self.Image quality is great, sound is great, but if you are using it outside, connect some external speakers. The power cord is a bit short so an extension is necessary. It’s keen to the eyes as it’s less brighter than an LCD screen. This product is a definite must have.

Very impressed
We bought this to take away on holiday in Spain as we are having a group holiday with lots of kids to keep entertained. The projector did take me a while to get to grips with as I was trying out all the different ways that I could connect my phone - WiFi, wired and ultimately the Roku worked the best. I could mirror well on the iPhone but Like a lot of people I had problems actually playing things from amazon prime, now tv and Netflix from the apps on my phone. But I don’t think this is an issue with this projector, I think it must be the streaming sites themselves. You Tube was slightly diffferent - I could mirror things well but it seemed until I tried to ‘expsnd’ the screen through my phone and then it refused to mirror. I got round it by not pressing the expand button and literally turning my phone 90 degrees and that solved the problem. Ok it’s not a ‘pure screen’ and there is a bit of page writing above and below the screen but I can live with that! The best way we found was with a Roku stick. Literally plug it into the HDMI slot and it looks exactly like it would on your smart TV. No gagging with mirroring etc. It’s compact, looks great, light, low noise, great price and most importantly - quick and useful customer services when faced with a problem (they emailed back within 12 hours).I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a small portable projector. It’s great!

Could not wait to get this out the box after much research. It disappointed initially due to the android connection as I like to have access to my phone whilst watching a programme. However, once I connected my Chromecast I was extremely satisfied.Good points:1. It's lightweight & small2. You can adjust height once placed on a table and the adjust screen on the wall to straighten & sharpen3. Ability to sharpen picture once moved forward or backwards is excellent4. Comes with a lens cover and cleaning kit5. Comes with hdmi and other connections (the red/white/black connector thingy)6. Even on a grey wall shows great quality7. Screen provided is very foldable and portable, great quality and even provided with hooks8. Well packed9. Functions on device are simple and easy to understand10. Can adjust brightness & volume just like a normal TVBad Points:1. Speaker sound is tinny2. Fan sound is quite loud but I imagine once mounted out of ear shot and film playing - not too badOtherwise...for the price, absolutely fantastic! Don't buy an overpriced TV, get this instead!

Fab piece of kit
For the money this is a fabulous little projector. The room needs to be dimmer than daylight but not necessarily at the level of tripping over on one of my daughters plates that she forgot to bring downstairs and put in the dishwasher again dark, and it would be an ideal projector if you had to use it for a couple of PowerPoint slides at a training event if your company was cheap and didn’t go down the high contrast ratio level route of projector at ten times the price. No one takes any notice of PowerPoint slides anyway and if the audience do lift their heads from checking their phones, they’ll see a decent image on this.I was surprised how big the screen was and while we don’t live in a mansion, the wall was just about big enough to hang it. Only downside is the sticky on the hooks isn’t so sticky that it’s useful but that’s what commando hooks are made for. For the money, this represents outstanding value and now my daughter can continuously watch Marvel box sets and Netflix on the big screen. I added a couple of mini speakers because the internal one isn’t quite up to the levels of IMAX quality, but I can’t overstate just how brilliant this is for a tad under seventy quid. Now I just need one of these to present my digital art at shows and exhibitions in the hope that one day I will transition from starving artist to rock star artist, and if it’s good enough to do that then that should tell you what you need to know. This is cheaper than buying a replacement bulb for the over priced piece of useless my day job purchased as a projector and now I’m convincing them that all that’s needed to run a presentation is one of these and they can pay me what they would have spent as a bonus. In a few words, this level of good should cost way more than it does, but for just under seventy pound coins, it’s like witchcraft. Fab.
