I was apprehensive how well these gloves would work compared to my Lodge leather gloves that I use when grilling and cooking with cast iron. I was surprised with how well they worked.I was skeptical of the 1472 degree claim and was determined to test this. After gaining my confidence in handling a full charcoal chimney with hot coals and the charcoal trays (with hot coals in them) in my Weber, I discovered I could pick up and move a red hot coal without burning myself. As much as I like my Lodge gloves, I would not attempt this with them.These gloves are my new favorites and I will be testing them in tending a fire on an upcoming camping trip.

I’m an amateur home improver, have a big place it’s always needing something, so I invested in some tools a few years ago. I don’t use them often, but figured Are use my tools often enough that gloves would be a responsible thing to have. Plus it makes my mom happy. I’ve been using these for a couple of weeks now, I’ve only run the Saw one time within that timeframe, and I was really impressed with how well they handle plus how effective they are as a safety precaution. The rubber grip doesn’t hurt in functionality, and they remain very flexible. They were not expensive for what they are, I would definitely recommend!

I was in the market for some good working gloves for my Dad, as he is in landscaping and his are worn.I tried them on for myself to make sure the quality was solid before giving them to him, and they are really great quality! The gloves are not too thick, so you can easily move your fingers around. I will update the review if they don't hold up, but they seem solid enough to last my dad a long time!

We have been doing remodeling and these have been perfect for my husband! I can even wear them too. They are thick enough to protect yet thin enough to be able to tell what you are doing. We used them for picking up the yard too, on top of protective they kept hands warm too. I would recommend.

A little tight putting them on but they really work. I can carry a heated dish of meat from the grill outside to the kitchen oven with no problem.
