Accuflex PRO LD 50" ReMAX World Long Drive Nano Golf Shaft 50 INCH .335 - S,X,2X,3X or 4X Flex

This shaft is extremely long. You'd think this would go without saying. You are currently looking at this shaft because you want a long drive shaft. That being said, it is very long. I had it rigged up to its full length and this made the total length, including the head, total to about 52 inches. Because of this very long length, the shaft flexes a lot (I got the XX flex too). With this shaft cut down to 48 inches now it is much more reasonable to swing, though the flex is still too soft for my swing. Granted I swing fast, 125mph+, but it still ended up being too soft even cut down. This set-up would be perfect for an average golfer who hits it about 250-270 yards. If you hit it over 300 yards with your normal length driver, do not be afraid of getting the XXXX option. It sounds like crazy talk, but you'll be surprised how much faster your club head speed will increase with an extra few inches. I also highly recommend making sure the driver is sized to 48 inches because the full length was a hindrance in terms of reducing swing speed through over-flexing. It's also worth considering if you put this shaft on a normal driver head, it will go very high and you might not hit it that much further. There's a reason long drive people use 4* loft heads or less. Long story short, if you are an average golfer and want to hit it further this shaft will be great for hitting it 20 yards further than your buddies. If you sing hard and fast get the stiffest option. If you really want to get into long drive, get a real long drive driver instead of putting this shaft on a normal head. I ended up getting a real long drive driver after this mishap and it was worth the investment.
