Tesla Coil (Tesla Technology Series) Kindle Edition

Everything from the mind of Nicolas Tesla fascinates me. He really was some kind of genius. What kind remains unsure. I know that his work is referenced in the U.S. patent for the HAARP government project. Since the Telsa coil is easily constructed I am not sure why no one is using them commercially unless it is not as efficient as stated.

Plenty of details and room for experimentation. Even has information on possible options and additional experiments. I enjoyed reading it.

A well written and practical booklet on Tesla coil background, with practical low cost plans for experimenters.Worthwhile the modest price, and very easy to access via Kindle.The Tesla Coil design book by Mitch Tilbury is a helpful follow on to this book, and has more indepth science and design within it, for those that are interested in the more advanced theory behind the devices.

I bought this book so I could make a tesla coil for an art class. The book really isn't very helpful for that. If you're just looking for how they work, the book might be for you. I wanted more.

Very well put together information on various methods used to build the Tesla Coil as well as varios options for batteries or powering this apparatus.

This book describes how to construct a Tesla coil. It doesn't cover every aspect completely but does go over the basics.

Good how to info. Could use a few more pictures of the diy components for some additional clarity. Liked the reference section.

Not really enough info to build a coil unless you have plenty of time for trial and error.As for the claims of more energy out than in…...

For a total amateur in the electrical field I found it quite easy to follow. I am about to build one and see what happens.
