World Pet Slow Feeder Dog Bowl, Gunmetal

In the search bar I put "slow feeder bowl for small dogs". I should have read the dimensions-this is a huge bowl. I gave it to a friend with a larger dog who gulps her food. However, I told her to watch her dog, because if she decided to chew on the bowl, I don't think it would stand up to that.

This works fairly well, but is very light and scoots around a lot. The plastic is so thin that if my dogs were inclined, they could mangle it in seconds. Kind of like the plastic cups they give you at a drive-through. I have some concern to it holding up in the heat of the dishwasher. Will see.The other kind I bought, a non-skid, is a much heavier plastic, and seems more durable.

It doesn't have any rubber on the bottom like the other bowls I ordered. It slides all over the floor while my dog is trying to eat.

Did exactly what it is intended to do .... that being slow down eating. Our dog was a street-dog rescue and he would wolf down food at an alarming rate. Once we got this, it really slowed him down!! Highly recommend!

This works well for my 16 year old wire fox terrier scrounge hound .She seems much les s bloated after taking more than 5 seconds to inhale her foodIt is fairly large though, about a foot square.Would also be good for puppies.

its too light in weight and the dog chases it around the room and tips it over

Could have been a nice product but is very light. Dog flips it over easily.
