Does everything you need, if you dont know how to use the tool just get the instructions on the web, recommended if you have a 530 chain to grind off the head, the largest of the pins will not cover in circumference to what needs to be pressed out. It did not come with any instructions, watch a few youtube videos and figured out how it works and what to do. The whole tool is cheaply made. The pin that rivets the mast link on kept bending and I had to keep straightening it with pliers. The back plates kept getting holes put into them and the chain pins kept going into them and started being pushed out. Tried to use one of the anvils and it would not fit where the back plate goes so I forced it and that worked much better. Threw it in the trash when i was done, it was all bent and in pieces, and no I wasn't beating on it the thiing just fell apart.

Did not come with instructions. Had to grind down lowerguide show to fit into the body. But........ It worked

followed instructions put the chain breaker on chain as advised and went to turn it and the screw on the inside was stripped. felt like good quality but once pressure applied it was not good at all unfortunately i would not recommend this. please note it did not budge the pin on my chain.

I had to purchase this tool when I replaced the chain on my '06 Hayabusa. It did the job flawlessly! Very easy to use and seems well build. I highly recommend this item!

I ordered this product and the press plate broke on first use. When I called Kapscomoto they advised the warranty period had expired, apparently 30 days, though I could find no mention of it on the listing. However Kapscomoto agreed to replace the broken part and mailed one out the next day. There are better quality chain riveting tools out there but this will get the job done. Just be sure to grind off the rivets before you try to press the pin. Kapscomoto though can be highly recommended to do business with.

Product shipped fast.I am not an idiot. I used common sense and caution when using the tool as I knew going in from the reviews that it was not quality. However, the pin bent tring to puch out the pin after the head was ground off.Ended up grinding the chain off. I managed to use the tool to press the master on but, broke more of the tool in the process.Good for one use maybe... if you like to swear I guess.

Poor machining and quality control. Had to drill tool to get rivet anvils and chain press plates into tool as they would not fit into the end of the press. This should be checked at the factory. Worked fine for breaking 530 chain with rivet ground. Ended up using a borrowed Motion Pro chain tool to press the chain side plate and do the riveting. After using both I can tell you the Motion pro tool is far superior and has little features which make the job a lot easier - ie captured press plates and rivet anvils. Save yourself a hassle and buy the quality tool instead.

This product works great and has an affordable price. Just make sure you have a angle grinder to pre grind pin end when breaking chain. Basically the same as a more expensive unit. Search delboys garage on youtube to learn how to use it properly. This product worked perfect on my 530 chain and did everything i needed to install a rivet style chain, i have over 1000 km and no problems on chain. Well worth the money, i look forward to using this tool again. Also this isnt the first time i have bought from kapscomoto and the shipping is reasonbly fast, it was here way sooner then expected.

Used tool 3 times on a 525 chain.. Works great!Some reviews claim the tool is cheap and the pins break:If the tool is used correctly (quick google search) it will NOT break.In fact, the tool looks durable and will last longer than I will need it
