I bought this for my daughter but it was just too big. That was the only issues and reason why I had to return it. My daughter is only 35 pounds yet she's wearing size 4T and 6T clothes because she's so tall. She loved the hoop skirt but it just kept slipping off her body. I would have to find something else to make her dress hold the shape of the classic bell shape style.

I bought this for my daughters Halloween costume, she's 3 years old and the skirt came down to her ankles. The drawstring is nice because it accommodates any size child - however, it would be nice if there was some sort of comfort waistband around the drawstring. For the price I think the quality is just right!

Great product bought it for my 4 year old "Princess" to use under her dress up stuff and it makes her happy when she twirls there is movement but she doesn't trip it's great and so easy to put on with the tie waste. Great quality!

I bought this for my granddaughter to wear under a couple of princess dressed I made her. It poofed out too much, so I was able to cut the wires in it shorter. That helped a lot and her dresses are now perfect!

I love the material. It's soft. I had to fix it to fit my 4 year old granddaughter. The tie around the waist would not stay tied.

Beautiful addition to my daughter's pageant dress. My daughter is tiny but this fits her perfectly and the waist has a string to tighten it and it gives great flare and picks the dress up off the floor.

I would recommend and will but it again. He heads turning.Made with close attention to detail. Owner even made sure I got this on time after we had a mix up concerning delivery date. I will highly recommend.

I was terrified this wouldn't work and held my breath, but it is perfect for my 4 year olds pageant dress. She is 42" tall and we ordered the smallest size.
