The fixture came with a missing piece.....

It’s a beautiful product. Good quality and design. Ordered the brushed nickel, but missing parts/screws. Customer service was very helpful. They replaced the item right away, unfortunately they sent the chrome one. We returned the item and ordered again. Worth waiting for, though our project got delayed a few days. Very happy, now that we have the correct color.

Where do I start...? Ok so myself and my wife decided to go with this facet due to it's sleak look and reasonable price. The package arrived nicely packed and undamaged. My plumber begin installing the faucet and everything seemed to be going well until we turned the water on. A small leak from the faucet base. The plumber removed the connectors and replaced them with 2 new ones. Turned the water on and Bam the leak started again from both inlets. Removed the lines and realized that the faucet threaded inlets were not cut correctly. This install cost me $300. So I contacted Amazon and they without hesitation sent out a replacement faucet (Great response). So today the new faucet arrived and my plumber begin to install the new faucet. Checked the threads prior to assembly and everything look good. The water lines are made of one end screws into the faucet and the other with 3 O Rings designed to compress into the base. As he installed the O rings into the base they would not seat 100% due to the top water line inlets having weld burs at the bottom blocking the full seating. He cleaned out as much as he can and assembled the faucet. There are no leaks but I am concerned that the O rings may not be 100% seated and later begin to leak. This install cost me another $100 and can't afford to remove and send back for a replacement. As you look at the photos there's a gap on the faucet head where the set screws are and these are the only secures that keep the water lines intact. Hopefully the set screws hold.In summary the faucet is heavy and made of good material but the design is the crappy.

Very well built. This is a beautifully made faucet. The instructions are easy to read and follow. This item is sturdy. I search many free standing faucets for our new slipper tub and found this one to match what I was reasearching. You will not be disappointed.

After a couple of months the water started spilling over the sides of the spout when using. I bought 2 of these units and both do the same thing. Is there a fix for this issue?

The plumbers have installed it several times and it continues to leak they have advised me to send it back

We love the sleek modern look of this tub fillet. It’s exactly what we were looking for!!

At the beginning we were super happy with the faucet because it was easy to install and it looks very pretty. But after one day we recognized some water coming from the ceiling under the faucet. After we opened the ceiling we found the issue: the faucet was leaking from the inside. Our plumber changed the O-rings but it still leaked. So we returned it and got another faucet. So we installed the new one and after a couple of hours it started to leak again. Long story short: we will return this faucet too as soon our new faucet from a different company will arrive.I'm not a happy camper because we had to pay a lot of money to fix our ceiling!

Très bonne qualité, mais le concept est différent de ce que j'ai vue auparavant. Vous devez l'incruster dans le plancher et faire la finition après. Besoin de quincaillerie pour l'installation. Pas évident de trouver des coudes très court pour l'installer. Lorsque je l'ai reçu, j'ai dû resserrer les vis de la tête... Je donne 3 pour la complexité d'installation et le fait que ce n'était pas parfait a l'arrivé,. Très bonne qualité si non!
