Good Product
The part ordered arrived on time, fit as is, and even came with the new axle nut. Product packaging was also done well. Very pleased with this purchase.

Fits perfectly.
I have about 500 miles on this axle and all seems to be good. This was installed on a 2007 GMC 2500 4x4 crew cab with the Duramax engine. The overall fit was perfect and there were no issues installing the drive shaft. The axle came with a new hub nut with a built-in washer and it needs to be tight! About 175 ft-lbs tight and it's a 36mm nut. Time will tell if this axle has a long life.The old GM one had 110,000 when it started to make clicking noises and it was NOT the hub bearing.If you have the tools, jack stands, and about an hour or so you can do this job. Easy enough to do and I am NOT a pro mechanic.UPDATE 20 JAN 2016I have 18,750 miles on this axle and it is performing very well.

About to order my 2nd set
Purchased and installed the end of October 2018 and just now getting some clicking while turning and in 4x4 June 2023. I use my truck pretty hard and do some light recovery's here and there and I'm impressed.

No issues, bought an OEM for the other side and honestly couldn’t tell the difference

10,000 miles later, still works great, no rips or seeping grease.
Had to replace the hub assembly at the same time due to a bad bearing. Once torqued to the correct spec, truck felt great. Previous technician overtorqued the axle nut and crushed the bearing. The bearing spun in the hub and ate it. Axle binded and shredded the little u-joint inside causing an unpleasant grinding and clicking sound. Just a cascade effect. 177 ft lbs for the axle nut, 133 ft lbs for the four 15mm bolts that hold the hub to the carrier.

Boot leak
I have to say if the boot didn’t leak it would be a perfect 5star. I bought it in 1/2021 so it’s less then a year old. I’m not sure who to contact for the warranty I’m sure it’s not an issue on all their axles. I was the unlucky one who got a defective boot. So if the seller can contact me and tell me what to do. I will revisit this review.

parts great shipping sucks
the first one fit my truck perfect have not had a chance to install second one the true test will be in a year from now if the boots haven't split it will be awesome. the negative is that they won't take a PO Box and it turns into a nightmare for delivery in a rural area
