Works great
Bought this to melt lead. Easy set up and all you do is plug it in and adjust the temperature and wait. After a while the lead melts and it has an easy pouring system.

Works great! But the pot is a bit narrow. And the nipple drips (a lot sometimes) I have to push it back down to make sure it stops. If it was just a tad wider it would make a world of a difference for cleaning slag. Still way easier then an old school smelting pot and ladle.

This is a neat little pot. Better built than their last version (which I still have running here at the "lab").With this one, It is easy to clear the blockages than it is in their previous pour edition. AND if you put your mold right up against the spout, it will deliver excellent casts! The mold holder has been removed! The only problems is the trade of for this user friendly version, where the pouring handle does not become a nightmare (or yet for me), is you get a sturdy model but a small capacity tank..... maybe 1/2 the size.... maybe.That said, I would highly recommend this little guy to everyone, beginner or advanced. Its ease of use is as good as it's going to get. I wish I would have started with it!
