urHealth 17 Ounce Nasal Wash Bottle, Nasal Irrigation & Sinus Rinse Kit [No Salt]

Since I moved inland about a year ago, my sinuses get extremely dry, especially during allergy season. After reading nothing but great reviews about using Neti Pots to treat dry and irritated sinuses, I ordered this model to avoid tilting my head awkwardly while holding an old fashioned and potentially heavy ceramic pot to my nostril. So I fill up this bottle and immediately water comes shooting out the spout, whether or not I press the metal button on the bottle. Upon placing the spout at my nostril, the water shot straight up into my forehead and out of my eyes. Needless to say, it was painful and rather scary, with a profound drowning sensation. I tried the other nostril. Same result. Here I am in bed, an hour later, feeling dizzy with a dull headache, and processing the refund. I wouldn’t even recommend this product for heavily clogged sinuses, opposed to my dry sinuses, as the high water pressure seems conceptually wrong, flushing pollen and bacteria further up the sinuses, rather than out of the other nostril. That’s a Nay from my end.

The spout is very difficult to screw onto the bottle. If it's not on right you'll know because it'll leak all over. Took about 4 tries before it was secured. Screwing a top on should not be difficult at all. The threads just don't line up very well.

I really want to give rave reviews about this item but I cant. When water is in it and sitting right side up water tends to drip from the dottom. When you turn it upside down it is a mess and water squirts all over the place until you stick in the nostril. It really did do the trick but was really messy.

5/5 would definitely recommend purchasing this product for all of your nasal congestions and headaches. I get severe front lobe headaches and one of the main causes are due to nasal congestion. I’m no doctor, but I was recommended to use this to clear my nose every other week to clear my head from future aches. It works, it’s cheap, and comes with the salt needed? I’d buy again.

Cheap and difficult to use.The "vent" hole on the bottom does not work and the nozzle tips are trash.Do not buy !

I'm not returning this item even the solution packets were expired more than 8 months ago, May 2019. First, shipping cost might be close to what I paid for the product. Second, I can use the bottle. However, I don't recommend this item. Find something else to save the trouble.

I hate doing nasal irrigation with a fiery passion, but this thing made it so much easier than the little squeeze bottle that comes with the kit. It has a button that you push to make the water come out, which I thought was pretty cool. I don't know how this compares to other devices of the same design, but it made nasal irrigation much less unpleasant for me than the usual squeeze bottle.

Product worked great the first five times I used it, however the small valve at the bottom began to leak. I cannot fill the bottle with water without it leaking out through that small metal valve.
