Lund SX203S Elite Series Black Sport Style Standard Front and Rear Fender Flare - 4 Piece

Flares look great on truck! Rears install firmly with included hardware but you will need to also purchase separately 4 replacement 1/4" plastic rivets from parts store as two rear holes in flare line up with factory holes in fender and plastic fender tub, (this is not explained in instructions). Front clips are of a different design/shape, (different appearance as well, chrome, rears are black), and do NOT hold very well as there is very little fender steel for them to grab. I used them as a positioning reference then also used ss #8 screws along side them in same flare hole to securely fasten flare. There is no need to drill additional holes in flare, only in sheet metal of truck. One other note, I saw an installation video for Lund Flares where the gentleman installed the rubber piping on the bottom horizontal area of flares, however the instructions specifically say NOT to apply piping there. My guess is that this area should remain open to allow water to escape as piping IS NOT a water tight seal and is more of a cushion to prevent finish damage to truck for there is no adhesive on piping.

Parts fit well as described. Clips were hard to use so went to self tapping screws which held great. Gasket was hard to put on and stay until installation but looks great and stays in place when installed. Recommend product highly. Old truck looks like new.

Nice looking flares and fit well. I think they should be packed better so they don't rub together. Mine were starting to get scratches in a few spots the plastic film was rubbed off. The box was also starting to come open.

My poor truck was rusting out on the fenders so I had to do something but didn't want to pay for a body shop. I cut the rust out and put some rust treatment on then primered it. I taped off everything to not get anything the flares won't cover. Looks great to this day and it's been about 1.5 years ago.

These look good installed. Installation was not as easy as I thought it would be and the rubber gasket you have to put on is very difficult to keep on during installation and ultimately falls off anyway.

The flares look ok and seem to "dry" fit ok but I haven't installed these yet. Why? The insane rubber seal that comes with the flares. As you're installing the seal along the flare edge, it is slipping off the area you just covered. Lund should have these seals pre-installed with adhesive. I've installed window visors, bedrail caps, tailgate caps, and splash guards and I have never had to install a seal and all adhesive was in place.2 1/2 stars

Fit great and look great on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. Wish I would have purchase them a few years ago.
