This books is in Spanish and English, the story is pretty unique an authentic and the illustration are beautiful and well designed.

This was a charming story. I bought it for my friend’s new baby, because Mom speaks English and Dad speaks Spanish. I love the parallel text.

The art and story are absolutely beautiful. I love this book. I bought it for my nephew, i want him to be proud of his roots! And i know this book will help him see the beauty in our culture, people and the land.

Love the art! Love the story about la lagartija heroina! My daughter is in kinder and i was worried that it might be too long- not a problem! She loves it, and likes to ask me about the pictures. Very happy with this purchase!
