Q: The type of string pierced into stone beads is durable, what is the diameter of the male bracelet?

Beware!! These are not absolutely 10 or 12 mm!! Just received them and will be sending them back. The diameter is around 6mm, not even close to what the seller advertises.

Q: what size wrist does it fit? how does it fit: slide on or fastener?

It stretches over the hand to fit the wrist. Depends on how tight you like a bracelet to fit, loosely for small to medium and tight for larger and up.

Q: Are the beads actual obsidian?

It's real obsidian. I love mine especially the tiger eye.
