I use these to make our holiday turkey soup
Once the turkey has been sliced away and everyone has added some plump after the holiday meals, we collect the carcass and extra bones and wrap them up in these easy to use cheesecloth to boil them to make weeks' worth of turkey soup. There's no taste of any kind added to your soup by this cloth and it keeps the meat cleanly separated from the soup. We have family members who prefer to have meat in their soup and others who don't so we wind up with a pot full of clean soup which we then separate out into smaller containers, keeping some clear and adding the meat to others. Everyone's happy and gets just what they want.I'm sure there are thousands of other uses for cheesecloth but this is why we use this Italiana Migliore Best Quality Grade after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's every single year. It's strong, it carries no taste and it's easy to use. Highly Recommended.

Great for a reusable coffee filter!
A finer weave, and more sq ft than others on Amazon, and still a great price. I got it mainly to use for cold brewing coffee in a mason jar. I wanted to have a reusable filter that would strain out the finer particles, and this cloth does the job. I cut off enough to have 4 layers thickness to hold the grounds, place it over the top of the jar, push down the center to hold the grounds, secure with a rubber band, and run the water through the grounds. Then I close up the bag of grounds and secure with a smaller rubber band, place it in the filled jar and hang the bag from the rim as I put on the lid. I let it sit in the fridge overnight, and I have coffee ready when I get up the next morning. It works great, and I just have to rinse the cloth and hang it to dry (it dries very quickly), and it's good to go for next time.

Made cheese with my cheesecloth
The media could not be loaded. I used this product to make Queso Fresco aka white cheese. The product met if not exceeded my expectations! I was able to squeeze all of the liquid out of the finished cheese and the cloth was easily cleanable for my next use just by spraying it out with warm water. I cut it down to a usable size and it did not fray. I still have alot of extra cloth for future use. This is an Excellent product!

Best Cheesecloth Ever!
Second time ordering. Will never use another. We buy cheese at Costco. Wrap it up in this, seal it back up in package or Ziploc and it is good till the end, like a month.Great for dry aging steak. Wrap in up in cheesecloth. Put it on plate with paper towel, in back of fridge & sit it on wine corks to let the air get under. Can age for 10-30 days. Steak crackles bc water ages out. So juicy.Of course, the original reason was to strain the homemade vanilla. Not one grain seeps through. The best part is the quality of this cloth is so ridiculously high end, you can wash & reuse (except for meat)This package lasted a YEAR!! And we use it ALOT!

This is good quality cheesecloth
This is good quality cheesecloth. It is in a very long and double folded roll. It has a slight smell (because it's unbleached?).It works fine, but I am not over the moon about it. It's cheesecloth, and it does its job as well as any other or as well as muslim cloth, which is what I usually use (and which is far cheaper at my local fabric store).

Awesome product!
This is a great product. First of all, the amount of cheesecloth is crazy for the price. It's so much more than any of the other packages I'd bought previously. Second, it's strong and I've washed the current pieces I cut out 3 or 4 times and they're still usable. Just rinse out, toss in the washing machine and air dry (if you throw them in the dryer like I did once, they shrink up a lot). I use this for cold brew coffee and a double-layer of cheesecloth (just cut a large rectangle and fold over) + mesh strainer is perfect for filtering out the coffee as I pour it through.I highly recommend this!

Good Quality Cheesecloth for Cooking
This was good quality cheesecloth, and an adequate amount - I use mine for straining stock and sauces, and for wrapping cheese to prevent it from turning moldy. It's nice and wide enough for lining a colander. My first purchase lasted more than 4 years, but I don't use it very often. So handy, yet inexpensive. (I didn't rate the "easy to clean" aspect - I don't re-use mine, I just toss it after I've used it.)

Worked great!
We bought this to make buttered rum (a la Greg from HowToDrink on Youtube) and it worked really well! Looking forward to using this for a variety of other reasons.
