Great product!
I purchased the HPN EasySeal 8" Impulse Heat Sealer and it arrived with a broken knob, long story short, Heat Press Nation's customer service is outstanding. Their product works wonderfully thus far and is very easy to use. If you are looking for a heat sealer and are wondering about this one, I'd give it a two thumbs up, not only because the product itself works just as it is intended, BUT also because Heat Press Nation was really amazing with their customer service. Their service was the key winning factor in my opinion of this product. Companies that take the time to ensure ONE person is happy with their order deserve more business. They do it right and the heat sealer is awesome.
