These look like they will work just fine for a small 10 ft row boat :-)

I purchased this as an extra set of oar for an Intex Excursion 4 inflatable boat that I purchased because the original oars that came with the boat was prone to get broken according to many reviewers. These oars feel very solid based on my comparison with the original intex oars. I haven't used it many times, but based on my initial impressions these should last very long. Very sturdy!! I recommend it.

If you are buying these as main source of propulsion on an aluminum 12-14 ft boat, you may be better off with traditional longer wood oars. However, if you use them for occasional use or a backup should your motor quit, these may be the right choice. On my 14 ft jon boat with low side height these were perfect for occasional use. I bought oarlocks off Amazon that were for a larger diameter oar, bought a 12” bike inner tube, cut tube in half, wrapped oars and put on oar locks. Works great for my intended use.

Love that these break down and fit into a mesh bag. Husband uses them for his duck boat

Oar lock diameter suggested too large. Locking button hole not lined up with release button. Will have to elongate hole or drill new hole. Will use in 12’ aluminum boat for decoy placement. Will do fine once oarlock sizing is made. Overall construction pretty good. Will epoxy washers over / around release button so button won’t accidentally get pushed if bumped. Would make good backup oars.

I need oars of my 10 foot dingy. Amazon showed these with additional oar locks.Oars arrived. The are real short. The diameter of the pole is 1 inch. The oar locks camp to 1-1/2 inch pipe. Tape to fill the gap. Being short rowing is difficult. Need to find longer oars now.
