Definitely worth giving a shot!
So I'm 5'7" and maybe 190 and I ordered an XL to be on the safe side. It fit perfectly around the waist. There's actually some room at the top under the breast area. Given I've already been working out 6 days a week and eating really healthy I've lost weight before this product. I got this product to help loose the weight that I'm having trouble getting rid of as well as develop my hour glass figure. I plan to wear this most of the day every day and take off before bed, i will post before and after pictures at the end of 6 months, give or take.

Love it.... Very good quality. I believe it'll last a long time. Based on my waist measurements I ordered the XL, started out on the second row closure and am already (not because I've slimmed down in a few days) on the last. I believe it's because the material is already stretching... Soon I'll need a large. The cute packaging and extra v little gifts vand card were a nice touch too😃

It took quite a long time to get it on the first and second time, but much easier to put on now and wearing all day now and love it, helps my lower back too. Time will tell if it helps my mid-section, but really makes a difference in how I look now. It doesn't ride up or flip up on bottom, stays in place.

Came quickly... Very pleased!
This came much sooner than expected! It is very high quality... I am completely satisfied. I ordered a medium, and I could just barely get it snapped... I forgot that products from the Orient run a bit smaller than American sizes, so others may want to keep that in mind and order a size larger than you normally would. This product is fantastic for the price though... I am VERY pleased!
