Great Fit On Tripod
Got my Hestia with the 3/8 screw size that needed to attach to tripod with 1/4 screw size & worked very well.

They work how I would want them to. No problems.

Good working adapter
I was able to screw into a 1/4 male tripod to become a larger 3/8 male to fit my 3/8 female ball head, I also test to take it off with my fingers without any problem, I'd use a plier to lock or unlock if I want it for more sturdier I guessed.

A little too skinny
I'm sure they have a purpose somewhere, but for most things - hard to get on and off. Once you attach it to a tripod or slider unit, and attach a camera or camera head on top of it - getting it off is pretty tricky and requires special tools.
