I just received my product and so far so good. I mean, it hasn't made me sick or caused any breakouts! I haven't felt any real difference but i have had it less than 2 weeks and have not taken it every day. Admittedly i thought i was buying barley grass JUICE powder so I haven't used this quite as much yet but I plan to because of its known benefits. perhaps I will report back the issue with some supplements is that they just do what they do and you don't necessarily "see" a difference. I am in very good health so supplements are maintenance for me. I typically rely on reputable companies for my products (I also use their spirulina) and trust they will do what they do! I am sure this review was not helpful at all (LOL) but I wanted to be honest.

I bought this to help with lactation. I was anticipating it to taste rather gross but prepared to drink it if it helped. I recieved my package today and drank a scoop in half a glass of water and was actually pleased to find that I could drink it and not have to chug it. It's pretty smooth and the taste isnt bad. Almost like matcha. 😊💚 will buy again!

I have been using it for a week in my vegetables smoothies and I didn't see any changes in heath or energy. I like the ingredients and like how it tastes.

I use several KOS products and love them. I also use  KOS Organic Wheatgrass Juice Powder , as well as a few other KOS powder mixes, none of which interfere with the natural flavors of berries. I recommend KOS products in general, but especially  KOS Organic Lion's Mane Powder  and  KOS Organic Ashwagandha Powder .

Taste like it is supposed to, but Much cheaper than buying individually packaged Barley Grass Powder.

I have been buying this for my dad for months. Totally helps him with energy and health.This company routinely sends emails asking if we need anything. We don't, we happily pay full price and keep buying the product. All Good.It has helped my dad with keeping a good daily foos routine. We love it.

I always like barley grass powder. Other than a little tiny bitter flavor, the taste is good and the product does the work. I’m really impressed by their customer service. After I received the product, they followed up with me right away. Overall, it is a good stuff.

I love the big wide mouth container. Makes it really easy to access and not spill, unlike others in bags or smaller containers. The only thing is the scoop is an odd size and smaller than a teaspoon, which may make it a bit deceiving on the servings, but overall all I like the product and would buy it again.
