Barbasol does the job. I shave my head twice a week with Barbasol. I like it. It's foamy. I don't get cuts. My head feels fine afterwards. The end.

I shaved for the first time 45 years ago and used by Dad's Barbasol. Over the years, I've tried just about every method of shaving known to mankind and used every type of shave cream, shave soap, and shave gel made. At the end of the day, I finally accepted, nothing beats that red, white and blue can of Barbasol. I've genuinely never found anything better.

I'm happy to see that I can buy it in quantity through Amazon. It's getting difficult for me to shop, so I like to buy in quantity and have it delivered. Thank you Amazon. I'm a long time user of Barbasol shaving cream.

One great thing I noticed after years of using this product is how well it dissolves in water. Other shaving foams especially those that are gel based are dense and clog the spaces between the blades of the razor. They take much longer to dissolve and clear out. Barbasol feels rich and smooth on the skin, but it dissolves much easier and keeps the razors clean and free of hair. I highly recommend it.

Due to recent events I have sworn off Gillette and will never buy a product of theirs again. In fairness it was only the shaving cream I was purchasing anyway. I am very happy with the Barbasol and think it is superior to the other shaving creams. I really like the foaminess of the shaving cream. Now I am set with my Schick razor and my Barbasol shaving cream.

Barbasol is IT. There's no reason to look elsewhere, these guys have figured how to make thick billowing beard softeners. Try using less than 'normal' and you might find you've been using twice as much as you actually need, I did. Add Old Spice and the "chore" of shaving is no longer a chore, just a routine.
