Easy to install and works like it should. Some say it is loud in the reviews but I don’t think it is loud. It has a hum when it engages but not loud at all for my ears. We connected a sink and soaker tub to it.We have had it installed for several months and it works great.The unit arrived in two separate pieces. The bowl came one day and the tank came two days later. I had contacted the seller when the first piece arrived and let them know the tank was missing. The seller was extremely helpful and professional. He checked and showed they both shipped the same day and that it showed the tank was in route. He said if it didn’t show up within the next 24 hours to call him back and they would send another one. I called him the following morning to let him know it just showed up. Not sure why they got split up but all the pieces did arrive and this is a very nice unit. Glad we bought it and would recommend products and seller.2 years and still going strong with no issues

Fantastic! Easy install if your a DIY kinda person with basic tools and skills set. I've installed toilets where I had to break up concrete and tap into sewer lines before and this was so much easier. I do own a jackhammer and did use it for about 1 minute on this install but it wasn't necessary, just convenient for the shower drain trap. I bought the best even though it was probably overkill! I'm not using all of the ports but have a shower, 2 sinks and toilet with room for the washing machine that I didn't need to hook up to this as it had a good drain situation already but that may change so I wanted one that could handle it all and has the bigger hp motor. It's worth the extra couple hundred $'s for me to have the option of hooking up the washing machine or something else. I did over 30 hours researching and comparing brands. Liberty brand and Saniflo were, IMO, the two best but it came down to the cutting blades that made me chose Saniflo and the motor that made me chose the Pro model. Top of the line. Installed and working. Used the shower yesterday for the first time. Everything working well and I'm pleased with it. I would buy it again. There are some good, short videos on install that I found helpful and some long winded ones that were a waste of time. So, to keep it short... We are very happy with it and it suits our needs and I would recommend it for a full bathroom install. Great machine!

The media could not be loaded. This toilet arrived undamaged (I noticed some reviewers had issues there) and it’s a wonderful unit—however there is a significant defect which I’d highly recommend fixing before long-term use of the toilet. As seen in the video, the lever arm of the stock toilet handle can easily get caught on the styrofoam liner in the tank, jamming it in the open position and causing the toilet to run continuously. On a normal toilet this is a water-wasting nuisance, but on a macerating toilet the pump is unable to evacuate water quickly enough to offset the continuously-running toilet. This inevitably results in basement flooding that could get pretty extreme if not caught quickly enough… in our case we had about 5-10 gallons flood out before we caught the issue. Long story short: Buy a good quality universal toilet lever (they’re about $15-$20) with this toilet that has an adjustable arm and set it to operate in the center of the tank. You’ll be a lot happier that way. Oh, the Toto Washlet bidet works (and looks) awesome with this unit… would recommend that as well, if you have funds for it.

With the kids having sleepovers every weekend we decided it was time to add a full bathroom in the basement instead of hearing 8 kids going up and down the stairs all night.We have owned this toilet for over 2 years and have not had one issue with it. As expected the pump is loud, but it is very effective.....Has never once backed up. The only thing we make sure to do is our descaler into the unit once every 6 months.I highly recommend the Saniflo Sanibest Pro. An easy way to add a bathroom to your basement and value to your home.

Had some issues with shipping; but, the seller was amazing and helped until we got it right. Very thankful. It’s installed and works. It’s very very very loud though. (Think airplane taking off) I’m not sure if I did anything wrong during installation or if there is anything I can do to quiet it.

I have two Saniflo Sanibest PRO units, and they both work great.Very happy with the seller. The last unit that I just received came with a broken back bowl (probably from shipping)...It was packed very well but the outer carton looked to have been dropped hard by the carrier. The seller responded right away and sent a replacement, very easy process--no questions asked.

It was recommended by my friend to use Saniflo for my basement. I just went on the Amazon and searched for it. I founded, I bought it It was delivered on time. Installation was very easy only think was concerning me that the pump was going on and off every 5-8 minutes even without any water on the tank, So I contacted Saniflo costumer service. and issue was fixed in 2-3 days I got a new pump exchanged without any problem. It was very unusual defect according to the costumer care, how ever was handled very professionally.Very happy, works perfect, very quiet and very powerful. On my SANIBEST I have on the same unit everything hooked up

Disappointing. For the "best" macerating toilet they offer, it's disappointing for the motor/pump to fail just over the warranty period. To replace that it's 90% of the cost of the package for materials alone (they charge $1,000 for just the pump/motor). This is used by one person, occasionally. Called and discussed with Saniflo and they didn't particularly care; all they had to offer was a suggestion to call a plumber. If you are happy to pay the price for only three real years of occasional use (and you might be), this is a good choice. But if you are hoping for a non-disposable item that won't breakdown as costing $500 a year (don't forget install), then you should look elsewhere.
