HUL Pureit Ultima Ex RO+UV 10-Litre Water Purifier

This purifier is different from other commonly available purifiers. It looks very elegant and has an LED display showing the life of the germkill kits and filters and emits a beautiful blue light once you press the release button to deliver purified water. Unlike others, there's no transparent plastic so the candles are not visible and this makes the stuff attractive. Deserves 5 stars but still I'm giving 4 stars because the customer service is below average, had to call customer care a good number of times to install the product, and finally the technician came more than 48 hours of intimation. If staying in Delhi I had to face this kind of problem, I wonder how problematic it would be to install/service the product in small cities!

Please don’t buy HUL Pureit. It is a inferior product and company is non-responsive to customers. I lodged a complaint in Feb for a filter change. They changed and I continued to have a problem with water quality. In July I lodged another complaint and more filters were changed at my cost (₹4000). Water quality continued to taste bad and I have lodged several tickets since then but no response. On September complaint a person came and said that filter replaced are fake! Can you trust such a company, it’s people and sub standard product and service. Now see screenshot, I am holding this call for almost an hour trying to speak with their supervisor.Update 5-Jul-19: spent over ₹18000 in less than 2 years. Fake parts, service center frauds and change membrane every 6 months (₹2000). Don’t buy HUL products. They are very inferior. And their customer service does not exist. Even Kent is a better RO than HUL purifiers.

Bulky , biig and lots of water wastage due to RO , Almost 70 %lost. Will take up lots of space.Doesnt dispense water without electricity. Delivery was primot. Installation was alzo prompt..Product was leaking so returned it.

I purchased it at Lightning deal of abt 15K from Amazon & it was delivered one day before the expected due date.After delivery, i directly contact HUL customer care & got complaint registered for installation & Next date the product was installed.This was a perfect deal with no hassles & no issues reported. All in All it was a good purchase with best deal.

A very good product and got delivered, and installed on time. ONLY set back is the water tap will not function without electricity. Rest everything is good.

Wast of money for 1 year it work properly after that you need make expenses, for me more than 15 thousand make expenses in 2 years, not satisfied product.
