This item far exceeded our expectations in quality! The only downside, and it's not even a downside... Is that, it's a little smaller than we expected. But, that's entirely on us because the measurements are clearly listed. I thought it would be the size of an actual street sign. But again, not the sellers fault.

The sign would be perfect IF there had been some quality control when printed. There are holes on either side meant for mounting, and the beginning of the text was printed directly overtop one of these holes.

Put this on my driveway under carport. very nice great color, good size.
