Bauhaus 1919-1933

For the price, I was worried that this was a dupe Taschen book (yes, they even make fake books these day). Was happy to find that this was an authentic book and even came sealed by the manufacturer with their official seal. As far as the substance of the book, I own several Bauhaus books and this one is one of my favorites because it reviews the history and progression of das Bauhaus and all the design that it had rendered and inspired for decades. For those who are not familiar with this book, this is the XL version (13 inches) and probably weighs 10 pounds. the other one they sell for $20 is about half the size. Highly recommend this one.

Excellent book

A thumping tome of a book! I thoroughly recommend it. If you want to learn about the Bauhaus movement, then this is THE book!
