Product Description ------------------- Fast growing seed mixture. Create a full lawn within 10 days. A mix on annual and rye grass seed. Repair bare patches quickly. Preparation: Sow from March to October, watering well when weather is dry. Before sowing break up clods and remove perennial weeds,stones and rubbish. Cultivate soil to depth of 7.5-10cm. New Lawns: Divide area into manageable sections of square metre. Soft, moist soil is best for seed growing. Shake mixture evenly on area. Seed rate 1kg per 30sqm. Rake seed lightlyinto soil to depth of 0.6cm. Water well with light spay frequently. Keep soil moist untill lawn is rooted but dont wash away seed. When grass reaches 7.5 cm high cut for first time. Fertilizer is recommended a few weeks after first have grown. Overseeding or Restoring Lawn: Mow grass as short as possible. Rake out dead and dry grass, cutting and rubbish. Shake seed mixture evenly over area. Seed rate 1kg per 60sqm. Rake seed lightly to ensure seed reach soil depth of 0.6cm. Water well daily with a light spray and keep soil moist untill first mowing. When grass reaches 7.6 cm high cut for first time. For Maximum results, store product in cool dry place and use within the season of purchase.
