I liked that it helped me sleep better and rest . Rubbed it on my chest and neck and a little on my upper lip. It really worked for me .

I grew up with my mom using Watkin's Menthol Ointment back in the 60's. At the sound of a sniffle, my mom would rub my brother and I with the thick, non-greasy ointment. The menthol will open up your airways quickly. It's very hard to find in drug stores and other stores today. I was happy when I found the item on Amazon. I'm contemplating on stocking up on more just in case...

I thought it would be strong than it is. I am sure for sensitive people this is perfect but for me this isn’t strong enough and it is oily.
