Sadly the case did not work for my iPhone 7+. I could neither charge the case or my phone through the case. The case felt nice and relatively soft and the top was magnetic as advertised but still needs to be snapped in. If it actually worked it I would have given it more stars! However, the case also looked like it may have been returned/repackaged, but I cant tell for sure.

I’ve dropped my phone twice due to the slick case, and both times the top portion has broken after the one drop. If they can’t make a case more robust than this there is a problem. Also note that in the package they have a card that states if you leave them a 5 star review they will give you a $15 gift card. So keep that in mind when reading the reviews.12/3/19 Update: they reached out to me shortly after leaving this review and offered me an updated version that is a one piece design. This is much better than the two piece design that is was initially sold. Updated review to 5 stars due to customer service and better design of case.2/18/20 update: now the charging port will not hold charging cable. This design just has far too many issues to warrant a purchase.2/26/19 update: they reached out after I updated my review and offered me a full refund. I must say that they have very good customer service and thanks to Nikki for arranging everything. She did an excellent job of handling my issues. Five stars for customer service but can’t give the review five stars as I’ve had two different versions of the product and they both were not produced well.

Well looks like swaller stands behind their product as I was pleasantly surprised by a lady named Shirley Z who promptly made my buying experience and renewed confidence in this product. She offered to replace or reimburse me for my experience with this product. I was looking for a battery case for my iPhone 8+ for awhile now. This case is just great. Even though its a bit bulky, but it keeps my battery charged all day even with heavy usage. No issues in using the buttons on the side. And even protected my phone from big drops multiple times. You can see in the picture some scratches on the case but nothing happened to my phone.And to add the best part, it supports earphones and works with CarPlay as well.Highly recommended.

every time i used to have trouble whenever I go out due to low battery.Whenever I have low battery I just need to press a button for 3 Sec and I am all set. the product is not bulky and charges pretty fast. The light indicator at the back is also helpful. This is something that’s really good to have 。Build quality seems great ,Easy to install or take off, Uses lightning cables! And it’s not too bulky. The only con is the Case is a bit smooth initially。Overall, I like the case how it keeps my iPhone charging all day, even if it's heavily used.

UpdateIm changing my review to 4 stars because customer service reached out to me and refunded my purchase...I ordered this item and when I received it, it wasn’t working. I should have took that as a sign of how awful the item really was. I exchanged it for the same item and after less than two weeks of use it literally fell apart. Now I want a refund. I’m being told it’s beyond the time for returning it...

Very happy with this purchase. Not only is the product great but the customer service is excellent. The case is very sturdy and charges easily with your phone in the case or out of it. It holds a really long battery life, it will recharge my phone to full battery almost 2 times, 1.5 times definitely, so I am able to go a couple of days sometimes without plugging into a line. After I bought the case I had the top cover piece break on me, likely from something I did and the seller responded very quickly and happily sent me 2 replacement top pieces immediately at no charge. They also followed up to let me know it was on the way and again to make sure I received the replacements and that I was satisfied.

This thing is a total Big Piece Of S*** . The case itself seems ok, but I've had many Mophie charging cases over the years and unfortunately tried this one this time because it was quite a bit cheaper. Now I know why. Whenever I try to charge my phone with the battery case it is a complete comedy trying to get it to charge my phone. Power phone down then back up, then back down, then back up. Plug it into a regular charger, do a little dance, then every now and then it will work. I'd say about 5% of the time. This thing was a waste of time and it's either going back or into the trash. I won't even give another one a chance.
